We fully subscribe to this philosophy and seek to manage our vineyards in a manner which produces elegant, harmonious wines with a sense of place that reflect their precious terroir. The vineyards are treated in an ecologically sound manner and use only products which promote the sustainability of the environment.
The terroir and cultivars in our Luberon vineyards
We are fortunate in enjoying an excellent terroir combining stony chalk-rich soil with an altitude of more than 300 metres that enable our grapes to ripen slowly with the retention of flavours and freshness.
Today, the estate is planted with thirteen hectares of vines - mainly traditional Provençal grape varieties of Syrah and Grenache Noir but also, unusually, a small quantity of merlot prospers here.
