Oil
Our multi award-winning, single estate olive oil is a true labour of love. Since moving to the property in 2015, we have been working tirelessly to develop and improve our cultivation of this beautiful piece of land. Today, we produce a limited cold-pressed organic extra virgin olive oil that is carefully blended from the fruit of our four Provencal tree varietals.
Vineyards
The Domaine is planted with around thirteen hectares of vines, which we cultivate using ecological and sustainable farming methods. An excellent terroir and altitude of 300 metres supports the slow ripening of grapes and flavour retention whilst the mostly Provencal grape varieties of Grenache Noir and Syrah make for enjoyable, easy drinking reds.
Stay with us - The Petit Mas
Nestled amongst vineyards and olive groves, this delightful, fully equipped two-bedroom cottage is the perfect peaceful getaway for all seasons. In summer, the large terrace provides the perfect setting for al fresco dining with stunning views across the picturesque Durance Valley.
Combining rustic charm with modern comforts, the Petit Mas is an excellent base from which to explore the extensive sights and culture of Provence.
